Leaning Shelves

Wine Rack atop Leaning Shelves

The shelves are made with pine and plywood.  Shelf lips, sides, and backs are pine with the remaining shelf area being plywood.  Shelf lips are attached with biscuits; and the shelves are set into the sides and backs with rabbets.  All other joinery is with glue and screws.  Visible screws are countersunk and plugged.

The unit attaches to the wall by French Cleat, featuring a through tenon for the attaching method for the shelf-side mounting bar.

Thanks for being here!  Be sure to share it with your friends!  And, as always…Happy Beach Day!
